Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a non-political and non-profitable organization established in May 2002 with its head office in Rautahat District of Nepal. Since then, RDC is heavily engaged in humanitarian assistance, community development, conservation of natural resources, and environmental protection mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the dozens of humanitarian and long-term development projects reaching out to the children, adolescent, youth, women, landless, urban poor, and people living with disabilities, HIV & AIDS, conflict and disaster survivors from the poor families of historically marginalized Dalits, Muslims, Madheshi and Indigenous communities and other underprivileged groups.

RDC Nepal is going to implement Sabal Balika Sabal Samudaya (SaBaSS) in partnership with Plan International Nepal at Sarlahi District. Connecting to this program, we would like to invite application from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following positions:

| 1 | Project Coordinator (PC)- 1 | Master’s degree in public health/nutrition/WASH/ Social Science or relevant discipline. | Sound understanding and skills on project cycle management of multisectoral, multidisciplinary and complex nature of community development; master’s degree with 3 years relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience. |
| 2 | Admin and Finance Officer (AFO)- 1 | Bachelor’s degree in finance/business management | Minimum 3 years’ working experience in development sector, sound understanding of FAMAS, True Book and skills in project finance management meeting organizational policy and donor compliance. |
| 3 | Sub- Engineer (SE)- 1 | Diploma in civil engineering (Sub-engineering) | At least 3 years of work experience in school infrastructures including WASH. |
| 4 | Field Supervisor (FS)-2 | Intermediate/+2 | At least 3 years’ working experience in the field of Nutrition, WASH, ECD, protection and Education. |
Salary and Benefits: As per the organization's rules and regulations.
Type of Examination: Written and Interview.
