Rastriya Rojagar Prawardhan Kendra (RRPK) is a non-governmental, non-profit making social development organization, Established in 2004 as is a non-governmental, nonprofit making social development organization by development professionals, Rastriya Rojgar Prawardhan Kendra (RRPK) works in Nepal for Policy advocacy, Integrated Community Development, specifically community organization, Education, Health, WASH, Community forestry, Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), Good Governance, Child rights, Livelihood, Safe Migration, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change. With it headquarter located in Malangwa, Sarlahi, it covers much of Terai areas of Madhesh Province. The organization has been registered under Non-Government Registration Act 2034 at the District Administration Office of Sarlahi. RRPK is affiliation with the Social Welfare Council (SWC) of the government of Nepal. 

S.NPositionQualificationMajor Responsibilities
1Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) Coordinator- (Nos. 1)Bachelor’s (Preferably Masters) in (agriculture, economics, social work, education, sociology etc) with proven 3 years of experience in Livelihood/ Women’s economic empowerment etc. 
  • Based on the assessment phase, develop the GE/ WEE strategy and associated work plan, including mainstreamed/targeted activities and an approach to ‘do no harm’.
  • Actively engage in planning and implementing assessment (including market assessment) and develop specific recommendations for the SIKAI+ project to promote WEE
  • Collect data, analyse it, and report the WEE outcomes of the SIKAI + project.
  • Manage and support key partnerships linked to the gender equality/ WEE strategy and implementation activities, including the private sector, government, women-led organisations, etc.
  • Advocacy and interaction with local leaders on resource allocation, collaboration during project execution, and policy formulation on women's economic empowerment.

2MEAL Coordinator- (Nos. 1)Bachelor’s (Preferably Masters) in Education, social science, development studies and statistics preferable with proven 3 years of experience in related field.

  • Ensure database is fully functional in WVI Nepal recommended system.
  • Prepare and disseminate different communication materials as stipulated in program/project document.
  • Provide management and leadership in MEAL related tasks.
  • Conduct data quality assurance. 
  • Data collection using different tools like; HH survey, FGD, KII and Case studies

3Admin & Finance Coordinator- (Nos. 1)Bachelor’s (Preferably Masters) degree in management with proven 3 years of experience working in core financial management activities.
  • Ensure that appropriate finance systems are maintained, and all procedures and controls are implemented 
  • Review payment vouchers to ensure all compliances, local and national legal requirement relating to tax with its proper supporting documents 
  • Ensure proper and timely maintenance of books of account and effective internal control system practicing in place
  • Preparation and compilation of different periodic reports to be submitted to the management and WVIN 
  • Support in the preparation and review of budgets and monitor actual expenditure versus budgets
  • Systematic numbering and filing all the vouchers with its proper and organized supporting documents
  • Monitor cash flow, and ensure that sufficient funds are always available in the bank
  • Ensure timely deposit of TAX, PF and Retirement fund of project staff.

4Supply Chain Management (SCM) Officer- (Nos. 1)Bachelor’s degree in business/ management with proven 3 years of working experience in related field 
  • Managing Purchasing Requisition, Purchase order, Executing and Solicitation of Sourcing Methods and Implement Strategic Sourcing
    • Identifying customer alternatives and facilitating access to the ‘best value for money’ for all products and services.
    • Ensure major / recurring procurements are under strategic sourcing initiative.
    • Review and process Purchase Requisition (PR) in Supply Chain Automation and Integration (SCAI) platform/ authorized systems.
    • Ensure procurement biddings requirement is in place for assigned purchase request (quotation registration from, sealed bids, sample verification report and so on)
