1. Position: Trainee- Program Support -1
Duty Station- Kathmandu, Nepal
General Position Summary: The Trainee – Program Support position is a structured learning opportunity designed to build professional skills in day-to-day program operations, logistics management, and financial coordination. While mentorship is provided, the trainee is expected to take initiative, manage their learning journey effectively, and maintain full accountability for the documentation, procurement workflows, and event coordination tasks they oversee.
Required Qualification and skills: Fresh graduates who have completed a bachelor's degree or master’s degree in management, development Studies, or any other relevant field within the last two years. Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally, with good written and spoken English and Nepali skills to handle documentation and meeting minutes effectively.
2. Position: Trainee- Communication and Knowledge Management – 2
Duty Station- Kathmandu, Nepal
General Position Summary: The Communication and Knowledge Management Trainee position is a structured learning opportunity designed to build professional skills in strategic communication, content development, and organizational learning. While mentorship is provided, the trainee is expected to take initiative, manage their learning journey effectively, and maintain full accountability for the tasks and products they oversee.
Required Qualification and skills: Fresh graduates who have completed a bachelor's degree or master’s degree in communication, development studies or any other relevant field within the last two years. Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally and use of AI and social media, photography is advantageous.
