Junior Technical Assistance (JTA) _ Agriculture

Required No- 1

Field Based Haripur Municipality

• +2 in agriculture (JTA)/Pre-diploma in Agriculture/Technical SLC (JTA-Agriculture) preference given to Diploma, with two years’ work experience in agriculture.
• Proficiency with a basic computer program including MS office and Database systems.
• Excellent communication skills in local language 
• Ability to read and interpret technical data
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments. 
• Knowledge on project model especially on Agriculture climate change adaptation, Alternative livelihood (TVET, SYIB, business facilitation)
• Two-wheeler driving license with personal motorbike (preferred)

JD: Junior Technical Assistance (JTA)- Agriculture

Junior Technical Assistance (JTA) _ Livestock/Veterinary

Required No- 1

Field Based Haripur Municipality

• +2 in Veterinary/Livestock (JTA)/Pre-diploma in Veterinary/Livestock /Technical SLC (JTA- Veterinary) with two years’ work experience in Veterinary /livestock development (preference given to Diploma) 
• Proficiency with a basic computer program including MS office and Database systems.
• Excellent communication skills in local language 
• Ability to read and interpret technical data
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments. 
• Knowledge on project model especially on Agriculture climate change adaptation, Alternative livelihood (TVET, SYIB, business facilitation)

JD: Junior Technical Assistance (JTA)-Livestock/Veterinary

Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF)

Required No- 1

Field Based Haripur Municipality

• Completed level 2 or 3 skill test on entrepreneurship facilitation from National Skill Testing Board (NSTB) under Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) or 15-month certified Entrepreneurship Development Facilitator (EDF) related Technical SLC (T-SLC) course from CTEVT along with worked experience in micro enterprise development project.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in entrepreneurship development, small business support, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the unique/different challenges and opportunities of small entrepreneurship.
• Excellent in facilitation and mentorship skills.
• Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the cultural context of the rural area.
• Knowledge on project activities implementation, monitoring, reporting and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel and work in rural locations.
• Previous experience of social mobilization will be added advantage
• Able to work independently under pressure to meet deadline
