National Academy/LaliguranRastriya College is currently seeking qualified and passionate individuals to join our dedicated team as School and College Teachers. We are a prestigious educational institution committed to providing quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for our students.

1. Position: School Teachers (One for Each Subject)

2. Position: +2 and BBS Teaching Faculty (two for each Subject)

3. Position: Receptionist (One, Female Only)

4. Position: Pre-Primary Teacher (One,  Female Only)

Responsibilities:

1. Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.
2. Deliver effective instruction to students of varying abilities and learning styles.
3. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of their academic performance.
4. Establish a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and active participation.
5. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school/college administration to support student development and meet individual needs.
6. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field up to Grade 10 and Master's Degree in a related subject for +2 and College level.
2. Valid teaching certification or license.
3. Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
4. Strong knowledge of the subject matter and ability to effectively convey information to students.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in student success.
7. Ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
