VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
1. Personal Assistant- 1 Female
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events, including arranging venues, catering, and audiovisual equipment
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure efficient document organization and retrieval
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Act as a point of contact and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and tactfully with individuals at all levels
- A master’s degree in business administration is preferred
2. Accountant-2 M/F
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed in Business studies/ business administration.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
3. Medical Market Representative- 2M/1F
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Actively promote and sell our products to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and network with industry professionals
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role
