VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

1. Personal Assistant- 1 Female

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required
  • Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events, including arranging venues, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure efficient document organization and retrieval
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Act as a point of contact and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and tactfully with individuals at all levels
  • A master’s degree in business administration is preferred

2. Accountant-2 M/F

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business studies/ business administration.
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

3. Medical Market Representative- 2M/1F

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
  • Actively promote and sell our products to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and network with industry professionals
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
