Vacancy Notice for the Recruitment of Consultancy Firm/Company or an Individual Consultant to Develop RUDES Strategic plan and organizational development plan  in Nepali & English 2024-2026

Rural Development & Environment Management Society (RUDES) is a non-government Organization working in Baitadi district since 2002. RUDES has successfully completed some projects like Transboundary Rivers of South Asia (TROSA) Hygiene Behavior Change Coalition (HBCC), Building Economic Resilience (BER), School WASH/Disaster Risk Reduction,Gender Responsive Economic Empowerment in Nepal(GREEN)Transformative Women Leadership in Nepal (TWLN). Currently, we are seeking competent, experienced, committed, and dynamic consultancy firms/companies/individuals to submit their technical and financial proposal including testimonials/certificates with cover letter for developing strategic plan and Organization Development plan.

For this, To create a Country Strategic Plan and orgnizational development plan that is closely aligned with RUDES's vision, mission, and core values. This ensures that the strategy remains firmly rooted in the organization's overarching principles to conduct a gender-responsive analysis of the socio-economic context within(Baitadi) Nepal, taking into consideration the multifacet dimensions of social, economic, and climate injustices. To construct a strategy that leverages RUDES's development, humanitarian, and influencing work to address the root causes of challenges. It will inform long-term programmatic approaches, encompassing advocacy, campaigns, and influencing efforts, with a view to achieving scalable impact. To inform partnership and funding strategies that will enable the realization of programmatic goals articulated in the new RUDES srategic Plan and orgnizational developement plan. This includes an assessment of existing partnership modalities and working approaches and how they align with future resource mobilization efforts, including funding acquisition.
