Vacancy: LA and Math Teachers for Middle School

Position: Language Arts (LA) Teacher

School Level: Middle School (Grades 6-8)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and standards for Language Arts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to excel in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and projects that integrate Language Arts with other subject areas.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, English, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Previous teaching experience at the middle school level preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Math Teacher

Criteria: 

• Qualifications: MA/MEd Maths, MSc. Maths/Physics, with some sort of training preferred
• Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate students' understanding and application of mathematical concepts. 
• Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning. 
• Grading assignments and quizzes in a timely manner. 
• Invigilating quizzes and final examinations. Documenting and reporting on students' progress.
