Project Coordinator

(1-Bogatan Fusdil RM, 1- Badikedar RM)

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Environment Science/Social Science/Social Work with at least three years of experience in integrated community development projects focused on resilient approach, child protection and right-based approach. 
• Master's degree with relevant experience (One year plus) in mentioned fields is preferred.
• Have skill and experience on adaptive planning, budgeting and implementation of project interventions and strategies/ approaches
• Excellent working experience with groups, community mobilization and action reflection process
• Strong experience of working on Natural resource management, Climate Change, Livelihoods, food security, right to food and livestock and enterprise development etc. 
• Broader understanding of crosscutting issues such as disability, gender, climate-change, conflict sensitivity.
• Have good coordination, collaboration, and networking skills. 
• Have human resource management and mobilization skills
• Have knowledge, skill, and experience of participatory action research
• Familiar with rural communities, local language, and culture
• Have good report writing skills (English preferred).
• Have a two-wheeler driving license to visit communities

2.

Finance Officer (FO)

(Bogatan RM)

• Bachelor's Degree in business studies (BBA/BBS)
• Minimum three years' experience in accounting, financial management, and administration work in development organisations
• Excellent knowledge and skills in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administration work
• Excellent skills in computer (MS-excel and accounting soft-wares) 
• Able to work independently and develop individual work calendar
• Knowledge and experience of data base management
• Strong skill on excels and it use to generate data management sheets

3.

Project Officer- Health, Badikedar RM

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or in any relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience. Intermediate level in Nursing/HA with bachelor’s degree in social science with 2 years of work experiences.
• Experience of working in field of public health and community-based health projects. 
• Have skill and experience on adaptive planning, budgeting and implementation of project interventions and strategies/ approaches in health-related project
• Excellent working experience with groups, community mobilization and action reflection process
• Broader understanding of crosscutting issues such as disability, gender, climate-change, conflict sensitivity.
• Have good coordination, collaboration, and networking skills. 
• Have human resource management and mobilization skills
• Familiar with rural communities, local language, and culture
• Have good report writing skills (English preferred).

Project Officer- Education and Governance, Badikedar RM

• Bachelor’s degree in Education/Social Science or in any relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience in education and governance related sector. 
• Have skill and experience on adaptive planning, budgeting and implementation of project interventions and strategies/ approaches in Education and Governance-related project
• Excellent working experience with groups, community mobilization and action reflection process
• Broader understanding of crosscutting issues such as disability, gender, climate-change, conflict sensitivity.
• Have good coordination, collaboration, and networking skills. 
• Have human resource management and mobilization skills
• Familiar with rural communities, local language, and culture

5.

Social Mobiliser Cum JTA

(3- Bogatan RM, 2 Badikedar RM)

• Minimum +2 level graduate in Agriculture (Diploma in Agriculture/Animal Science with at least three years' experience Or JTA (Plant Science/Animal Science) passed with five years’ experience in Community Development projects related to agriculture, livestock, natural resource management and enterprise development, etc. 
• Experience on farm based and off-farm based business promotional supports.
• Experience of group facilitation and mobilization approach/process
• Have skill and experience of action-reflection process
• Working experience in integrated projects
• Familiar with rural communities, the local language, and culture
• Have good report writing skill
• Broader understanding on of disability, gender, climate change, and conflict sensitivity etc.

6.

Sub Engineer

(Bogatan RM)

1

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years working experience providing technical and supervision support in School DRR, Irrigation, Natural Resource Management, Alternative Energy and Earthquake resilient technology.
• Experience in working with groups and group mobilization.
• Familiar with rural communities, the local language, and culture
• Have good report writing skill
• Broader understanding on of disability, gender, climate change, and conflict sensitivity etc.

7.

Social Mobilizer

(Badikedar RM)

• Minimum +2 level graduate with at least three years' experience in Community Development projects related to agriculture, education, health , natural resource management and enterprise development, etc. 
• Experience of group facilitation and mobilization approach/process
• Have skill and experience of action-reflection process
• Working experience in integrated projects
• Familiar with rural communities, the local language, and culture
• 8. Have good report writing skill
• Broader understanding on of disability, gender, climate change, and conflict sensitivity etc.

8.

Social Mobilizer cum Health Promoter 

(Badikedar RM)

• Minimum diploma in health science/A.N.M/C.M.A with at least three years' experience Community Development projects related to mental health, public health, WASH and community organization etc. 
• Experience of group facilitation and mobilization approach/process
• Have skill and experience of action-reflection process
• Working experience in integrated projects
• Familiar with rural communities, the local language, and culture
• Have good report writing skill
• Broader understanding on of disability, gender, climate change, and conflict sensitivity etc
