Unit II Coordinator (Grades VI–X)

Matribhumi School invites applications from dynamic, motivated, and energetic female professionals for the position of Unit II Coordinator (Grades VI–X), with a specialization in English and Social Studies. The ideal candidate must possess a strong foundation in pedagogy and demonstrate the ability to cultivate a positive, collaborative teaching and learning environment for both students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in developing effective instructional strategies, lesson plans, and classroom activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Promote collaboration among faculty to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Design and facilitate training sessions and mentorship programs for teachers.
• Monitor student progress and identify areas requiring additional academic support.
• Ensure effective communication among students, parents, teachers, and the school administration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in English/ Sociology/ Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a progressive school setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pre-teen and teenage students.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
