Shine Education Services Pvt. Ltd., www.shineeducationservices.edu.np, established in 2015, is a leading Japanese Language School in Nepal with its Corporate Office located at Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu. We operate branch offices in Chabahil, Gongabu, Kalanki, Itahari, and Damak.

We provide comprehensive Japanese Language Courses and Test Preparation Classes for JLPT, NAT, J-Cert, JLCT, and JFT. In addition, we run an SSW Skill Preparation Center, offering training in fields such as Nursing Care, Accommodation Industry, Airport Ground Handling, Building Cleaning, Truck Driving, and more. Now, we are looking for a dedicated and committed Japanese Language Coordinator to oversee various functions of the company including teaching N4 & N3 level of Japanese language, support in teaching material development, and teacher & class coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Language Training and Coordination

• Conduct structured Japanese language classes for advanced learners (N4, N3).
• Coordinate with Japanese Language Instructors to effectively and efficiently manage classes.
• Prepare study materials for tests and examinations.
• Guide students for JLPT exam preparations and mock tests.

Education Consulting Support

• Assist students interested in studying in Japan by providing language and cultural orientation. 
• Guide students through admission, intakes, sector selection, visa documentation, and communication processes.

Job Requirements:

• JLPT N2 or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in teaching or training Japanese language.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Ability to engage with students and support them in their learning journey.
• Familiarity with digital tools for online teaching (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
