Responsibilities for UI/UX designer

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with R&D and engineers.
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through UX Research, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Clearly communicate your design decisions to team members.
• Oversee projects throughout the entire design cycle.
• Stay up to date with new web design trends and technologies
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Provide timeframe for design projects to be completed
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Requirements for UI/UX designer:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe XD or Figma or Sketch
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
