Admire Nepal Tours & Treks, a leading Kathmandu-based company promoting tourism in Nepal with a branch in Finland, is seeking a highly motivated Tour Company Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will drive our corporate tourism initiatives in Nepal. You will leverage your expertise in the tourism industry and digital marketing to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain corporate clients. Your strong IT skills will be crucial in managing our online presence and optimizing our website for search engines (SEO).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate tour packages for Nepal.
• Digital Marketing of the content.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Lead and motivate a team of tourism professionals.
• Manage and analyze marketing data to optimize digital marketing campaigns (including email marketing).
• Develop and maintain Admire Nepal's online presence through website management and SEO strategies.
• Stay updated on trends and developments in the Nepalese tourism industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Information Technology or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of success in digital marketing, including SEO and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of the Nepalese tourism industry and its offerings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience with tour industry-specific software is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
