Lamtada Birthing Center Construction Project

Action for Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Non-Local Construction Materials for the Lamtada Birthing Construction Project at Khaptadchhanna-03, Lamtada Bhajang Nepal.

1. The application for bid documents will be accepted only upon submission of a request letter on the official letterhead along with the bank deposit slip for the bid document fee deposited into the account of Action for Nepal. The documents must be requested via email at actionfnepal@gmail.com no later than 8 September 2025 (23 Bhadra 2082) by 17:00 hours.

2. The Sealed Bid along with the copy of other documents as requested in the Bid Document must be submitted to actionfnepal@gmail.com not later than 12:00 PM, 8 September 2025 (25 Bhadra 2082). Bid Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.

3. The bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on 10 September 2025 (25 Bhadra 2082) in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the office of Action for Nepal, Kathmandu, or online for those who are outside Kathmandu. The bids must remain valid for 330 days after the bid opening.

4. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last date of submission and same with the Bid opening Time.

5. Action for Nepal, Kathmandu reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Bid Document without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
