Oxfam’s vision for Nepal is a just society without poverty, in which all women and men live a life of dignity, enjoy their rights, and assume their responsibilities as active citizens of Nepal. Oxfam and UNICEF are jointly looking to have consultancy service agreements with potential consulting firm in Nepal for updating and developing national design guidelines for water supply system. If you would like to be part of this work that Oxfam and UNICEF does by supplying consultancy services, we welcome you to take part in this invitation.

Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents which can be downloaded from Jobsnepal web portal.

  • The deadline for submission of the tender document is 15 June 2025 by 17:00 PM.
  • Tender document submission must be from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm from Monday to Friday except the government holidays in Oxfam in Nepal Office.
  • Any bid received after the closing deadline, shall be returned directly to the bidder. If the last date of submission and/or opening falls on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
  • The bid will be opened on 16 June 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oxfam office in Nepal, in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend.
  • Oxfam reserves rights to award the consultancy services to bidders as per requirement.
  • The Oxfam in Nepal office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR OFFER:

Proposals should be sent to OXFAM; Tender; Oxfam in Nepal in an outer sealed single envelope which will contain two further envelopes corresponding to the two different sections of the tender:

  • Inside Envelope 1: Hardcopy of all the tender documents for the consultancy services. 
  • Inside Envelope 2: Softcopy of all the files in pen-drive.
