Governance Lab Pvt. Ltd. invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of the following items:

• Delivery Location: Dhankuta Municipality, Koshi Province Nepal
• Delivery Timeline: Within 7 days from the date of Purchase Order
• Packaging: Items must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit

4. Bid Submission Guidelines

• Last Date for Submission: 21 May 2025
• Mode of Submission: Sealed envelope / Online submission (as applicable)
• Bid Validity: 60 days from the date of opening

6. Terms & Conditions

• Governance Lab Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
• Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
• The selected vendor must agree to terms mentioned in the Purchase Order and sign a supply agreement before delivery.
