Technical Support Representative
We are importer/supplier/service provider of CCTV, Attendance System, Access Control, LED Display Boards, VDP, PABX, Fire Alarm system, Hydrant System, Automated School Bell System, LED Interactive Boards etc.
Details / requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
- Knowledge of Hardware and Software Maintenance/ Networking and Server
- Can install & configure of IP CCTV Cameras
- Can install & configure of PABX / IP PABX
- Can install & configure of Biometric Attendance System
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can explain clearly a technical problem to a customer/colleague.
- At least 1-year experience in a related field
Note:
- Having a driving license and personal vehicle will be preferred
- Candidates with professional certificates will be preferred.
