Job Specification

Education Level: Diploma in Computer Engineering (CTEVT certified)

Experience Required: At least One Year of demonstrated experience in computer hardware & network management.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Configure and install new IT equipment & replacing parts as required.
• Configure of network devices including Face Plate, Patch Panel, Switch, Router etc.
• Install and upgrade anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
• Maintain computer systems and networks. 
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
• Monitor Help Desk tickets and resolve user issues.
• Interact with clients either in person or over the phone to resolve their issues.
• Provide Monthly Preventive Maintenance Service to clients, ensuring that all systems are working properly.
• Maintaining the service logs of the incident and its resolution
• Identifying and resolving issues regarding software, hardware, and operating system.

• Should pose with a “Can Do Attitude” and should have a logical convincing power
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Provide correct feedback to customers
• Report to Technical Manager on performed duties 
• Perform other tasks as anticipated by the management 
• Should have a smart and pleasing personality
• Must poses with 2-wheeler driving license
