Sr. ERP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to review, analyze, and evaluate all aspects of their business operations
• Develop Odoo implementation plans.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules to meet client-specific needs.
• Map customer’s business processes into Odoo's standard functionality.
• Design, document and test new solutions or improve existing solutions.
• Assist with the implementation of Odoo system.
• Manage implementation, improvement projects, or upgrades working with stakeholders to ensure projects are on schedule and completed on time;
• Provide support, training and assist customers with various Odoo needs.
• Create and provide reports as required.
• Analyzing client's needs and suggesting solutions before Implementing the agreed solutions(configuration & development)
• Implement Odoo software and deliver tailor-made training.
• Provide customers with functional assistance.
• Collaborate with Odoo's developers to execute specific customers' business requirements, as well as working with the sales team in pre & post-sales.
• Provide training and support to clients on Odoo functionalities as appropriate.
• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues.
• Stay updated on the latest Odoo features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Odoo ERP Business Analyst or similar role with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in ERP Industry.
• Bachelor's degree in any IT related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and configurations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest technology trends.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills with an ability to assess complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
