Job Description

What you get to do every day:

• Make design and technical decisions for Angular projects.
• Perform unit testing by using different frameworks like Jasmine, Karma.
• Be involved in all phases of the agile software development lifecycle.
• Proactively seek out and minimize pain points within the infrastructure and code base.
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies and introduce them as needed.
• Create next-gen solutions for unique and challenging use cases.
• Communicate proactively with Business stakeholders and provide design suggestions.
• Analyze, debug and fix defects.

What you bring to the role:

• Have strong sense of ownership with demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision.
• Be focused, passionate, and strive to find simple solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to learn new, emerging technologies.
• Have a solid general understanding of application components, what happens on the front end and what happens on the back end.
• Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively contend with competing priorities.
• Possess strong troubleshooting, code optimization and refactoring skills.
• Experience working with Business stakeholders. Ability to elaborate and convert business requirements into technical requirements, create architecture and design documents for the stakeholders.
• Be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

You must have demonstrated experience in several of these domains and technologies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in JavaScript and Angular Technology.
• JavaScript frameworks (Angular 6+ - preferably the latest version, AngularJS, React, jQuery), RxJs, Redux, Web markup languages (HTML/HTML5, XML) and Style sheet language (CSS/CSS3), SASS, LESS.
• Experience in working with using Responsive Web Design frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation or Angular Material UI.
• Expertise in build processes (Angular CLI, Webpack).
• Experienced in writing test cases and performing unit testing using frameworks (like Jasmine, Karma).
• Familiarity with and working knowledge of .NET Technologies would be preferable.
• Used DevOps and CI/CD in previous work experience.
• Developed software in SCRUM environment using Agile methodologies and involved in SDLC process.
