Senior WordPress Programmer

We’re in an exciting period of global growth and are looking for a Senior WordPress Programmer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a designer who has advanced WordPress programming skills. 

We are looking for someone who can work from home full-time with minimal supervision. This job is NOT for freshers or beginners.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Building websites and landing pages in WordPress theme
• Creating website architecture
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration
• Generating WordPress theme and plugins
• Conducting website performance tests
• Troubleshooting content issues
• Monitoring performance of live website
• Preparing comprehensive documentation including website manual
• Designing and implementing new features and functionality
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a  working theme and plugin
• Collaborating with the marketing team to complete tasks

Essential Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years experience working on WordPress platform
• Proven Experience in PHP, mySQL,HTML,CSS and Javascript
• Experience in customizing WordPress Plugins and WordPress themes
• Knowledge of CodeIgnitor, Laravel would be a plus
• Ability to use RestFul web services and experience in working with  JSON and AJAX Request
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong attention to details
• Proactive and able to work autonomously
• Flexible in work functions and duties
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work on deadlines
• Must be a team player
• Willingness & Ability to work from home is a must
