VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

1. Position: Sales Supervisor

Company: Fishtail Dairy Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mahedrapool / Pokhara Industrial Area

Education: Minimum +2 (12 Pass)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the dairy industry or FMCG sector.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of dairy products and FMCG market trends
• Excellent communication and sales negotiation skills
• Ability to handle a sales team and achieve monthly targets
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a bike (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
• Conduct regular market visits and collect competitor and market feedback
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management

2. Position:  Sales Officer

Company: Fishtail Dairy Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Pokhara (covering surrounding areas)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the dairy industry or FMCG sector

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of dairy products and FMCG market trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage distributors and lead a sales team effectively
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a bike (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated area
• Manage and develop distributor and dealer networks
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and market coverage
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional activities
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management
