Evivez is a service provider specialized in importing hundreds of authentic and genuine products from the USA exclusively. Using our 'Product On-Demand' service, anyone from anywhere in Nepal can order products from almost all USA brands, and get them delivered to their doorsteps in the fastest way possible. Together with our customers, we want to create a better shopping experience with a major focus on excellent customer service.
We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be the face of the company and interact with our customers, clients, and suppliers daily and help our company grow. This is an exciting opportunity where there is a lot to give and a lot to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves meeting and talking with new people.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in management or similar
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, sales experience required.
- Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills with a great presence on the phone and in person.
- Basic math skills for creating price quotes.
- Intermediate computer skills to use our platform to create price quotes, reply to customer emails and queries, create product catalogs, and research.
- Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable about our service model.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Be the point of contact for customers, clients, and potential customers/clients’ contacting them via phone, e-mail, and in-person, evaluating needs & recommending products and solutions.
- Create price quotes for custom product requests, including researching pricing, contacting USA-based suppliers for product availability, and generating delivery estimates.
- Develop and maintain a database of customers and clients using proven sales strategies/techniques while quickly following up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and e-mail activity.
- Generate necessary documentation to facilitate the customer order process.
- Follow-through on completed orders by reviewing them for quality, ensuring customer and client satisfaction, and collecting payment.
