Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing items
• Provide basic styling advice and product information
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Manage stock, restocking, and inventory checks
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of fashion and clothing trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused attitude
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
