We are looking for a confident, smart, and motivated female Sales Officer to join our team at our Bhaktapur office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer handling.

Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and telephone enquiries related to building materials
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
• Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with the operations team
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience in sales (building materials experience is a plus)
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
• Ability to work responsibly and independently
