The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, building candidate pipelines, and delivering manpower solutions that meet client workforce needs. This is a front-line commercial role requiring a strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry, the ability to lead and motivate a team, and a relentless focus on targets and results.

Client Relationship Management

Candidate Sourcing 

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

Team Leadership

Market Intelligence

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the manpower, recruitment, or staffing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a recruitment environment.
• Experience managing or leading a sales or recruitment team is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing sales skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
