In collaboration with WeltHungerHilfe (WHH), PeaceWin Nepal/WAC and SAMABIKASH Nepal have been implementing the "Women in Climate Resilient Agri-System for Enhanced Nutrition Security (WE-CAN)" project since December 2024. The project focuses on fostering climate-resilient local food systems and empowering women in the municipalities of SanfeBagar and Chaurpati in Achham District, Sudurpashchim Province. PeaceWin Nepal, WAC Nepal, and Samabikas Nepal, under our jointly implemented project, are conducting a joint procurement process for consultancy services. Therefore, proposals are invited from highly qualified, experienced, and competent consulting firms or individual consultants to provide the required consultancy services.

Interested consulting firms/consultants are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals, along with all required supporting documents, within the specified deadline. Detailed information regarding the Terms of Reference (ToR), eligibility criteria, evaluation process, and submission requirements is provided in the procurement documents.

Joint procurement committee Invites eligible and qualified individual consultants/company to submit a Technical and financial proposal for the assignment titled: 1. Consultancy Services for Enterprise Assessment, Business Planning and Facilitation and 2.1.19: Set up enterprises related to food and food processing.   2. Also, joint committee committee invites eligible and qualified nurseries to submit the quotation for the procurement plants and seeds.

The overall objective of this consultancy is to hire a qualified and experienced consultant/consulting firm to identify sustainable and environmentally friendly food and food processing enterprise opportunities. The consultant will conduct market and enterprise assessments, develop enterprise selection criteria, assess technical, financial, environmental, and market feasibility, support the selection of potential entrepreneurs, conduct Entrepreneurship Development Training (EDT)/Boot Camps, provide business plan development and value chain training, and prepare practical business plans to support the establishment, growth, and sustainability of selected enterprises. The objectives of procurement plants and seeds to To reduce wildlife-related crop damage and promote the sustainable use of fallow land through the provision of suitable plants and seeds. Please refer to the Terms of Reference (ToR) for detailed information regarding the scope of work and expected deliverables.

Submission Deadline:

Complete proposal documents must be submitted during office hours by 22 Shrawan 2083 (07 August 2026). If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, proposals will be accepted on the next working day.

Submission Options:

Interested consultants may submit their quotations either in hard copy, in a properly sealed envelope, to the office of PeaceWin Nepal, WAC Nepal, or Samabikas Nepal, or by courier (with prior notification), or electronically by email: jpc26pwc.calls@gmail.com in password-protected PDF format. For electronic submissions, the password must be shared only upon request after the submission deadline. Quotations submitted in hard copy without proper sealing or electronic submissions without password protection will be considered non-responsive and will not be included in the evaluation process.

Joint Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason and without incurring any obligation.

• Application Letter.
• Updated Resume
• Educational Qualifications
• Copy of Citizenship Certificate – (For individual consultants).
• Relevant Supporting Documents – Additional certificates, publications, or evidence of similar consultancy work may be submitted to strengthen the application.
• Technical Proposal – Including methodology, proposed strategy development approach, timeline, and outline of contents.
• Financial Proposal – Detailed budget with proposed consultancy rate (note: the quoted rate must remain valid for one year).
• Additional Documentation – Joint procurement Committee JPC may request further documents or clarifications during the evaluation process.
