1. Position: Officer – Pharmacist

Location: Head Office - Tokha Road, Kathmandu (with occasional travel to regional distributors)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmaceutical Officer to ensure our operations remain fully compliant with the Department of Drug Administration (DDA) regulations. The successful candidate will oversee the technical aspects of our health commodities business, manage regulatory documentation, and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized institution.
• Registration: Must be registered with the Nepal Pharmacy Council (NPC).
• Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Drug Act, DDA rules, importation guidelines, and Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) of Nepal.
• Skills: Proficiency in English and Nepali (written and spoken); basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
• Preference: 
  • Possess a two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle. 
  • Excellent coordination skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to various regions of Nepal.

2. Job Title: OFFICER - IT/ MIS

Job Summary

The Officer – IT / MIS is responsible for implementing IT strategies in line with the immediate and long-term organization objectives; providing prompt IT support to all CRS Healthcare employees across various locations of the organization for all systems and applications and ensuring that employee queries are addressed promptly.

Location: Head Office - Tokha Road, Kathmandu

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or related field
• Preferred / Additional Qualification: Process knowledge, including knowledge of hardware, setup and maintenance of central software ERP (such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, GIS), GIS Mapping with ARC GIS/ QGIS, Software Programming, Sound Knowledge in Database Management System and network systems.
• Minimum Experience: One year of experience in the related field
