Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at F.R International Private Limited, you will be responsible for developing and leading our sales department to achieve and exceed targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new potential customers, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with other departments to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales department to maximize performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to optimize sales efforts
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product sales/service, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred)
  • Need to have strategic planning for marketing campaigns or projects and knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Experience in the field of logistics: on both international and national level is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and having two wheelers
