Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Sales Executives to join our team at Bidhee Pvt. Ltd., a leading IT company in Kathmandu. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Software industry and possess knowledge of ERPs, HRMs, and CRMs, which will be highly beneficial in this role. Additionally, having a valid driving license and owning a 2-wheeler is compulsory for this position.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, identify potential customers, and actively pursue sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the Software industry is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ERPs, HRMs, and CRMs is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driving license and own a 2-wheeler.
