TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales and BD Manager is being recruited in a full-time position to join the dynamic team of aQysta Nepal. The Sales and BD Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, expanding market presence, and supporting the company’s mission of empowering farmers through sustainable innovations and improved market linkages.

As a Sales Manager at aQysta Nepal, you will play a crucial role in strengthening market connections and enabling smallholder farmers to access both
domestic and international markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new and premium sales channels for the produce/harvests of agri crops and commodities.
Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
Build partnerships with food processors, snack companies, pickle and spice manufacturers, wholesalers, and other industry actors in the landscape.
Support in the creation of suitable marketing and promotional material to generate new relevant leads of interested buyers
Prepare and track KPIs of the team and members for reporting and ensuring alignment with the targets.
Manage subordinates i.e. Sales Associate and Sales Officers to achieve the targets
Meet sales targets of different market segments
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
3-4 years of relevant experience with 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Lead,
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred),
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate with a results-driven mindset,
Proven track record of delivering results and hitting targets,
Strong leadership and team management abilities,
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and
Proficiency in MS Office and data reporting/analysis tools.
