Chalise Training is looking for a motivated and confident Customer Service / Sales Executive to join our growing team at our Putalisadak office.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with potential and existing customers
• Explain our training programs and assist customers with inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with leads
• Support sales activities and help convert interested clients
• Maintain basic records and customer information

Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience (or a good understanding of sales/customer handling)
• Ability and confidence to make phone calls and communicate clearly with customers
• Knowledge of stocks and the share market is a plus
• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Good computer skills (basic MS Office, internet usage, messaging tools)

Job Details

• Work Location: Putalisadak Office (No travel required)
• Working Days: Sunday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Salary: NPR 20,000 (starting)
• Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
