Salary: NPR 15,000 – 25,000

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s running or completed (Management field)
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/telemarketing/sales (Freshers encouraged)

Responsibilities:

• Make 100–120 outbound calls daily to prospective students/parents
• Provide study abroad information
• Convert inquiries into enrollments
• Maintain call records and coordinate with teams
• Meet sales targets

Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasion
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Basic office tools proficiency

2. Marketing Officer (1 Position)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/related field

• Design campaigns and promotional materials
• Conduct marketing events and outreach programs
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies

Skills:

• Social media tools & basic design (Canva/Adobe)
• Creative thinking and storytelling ability

• Experience preferred in education counseling

Responsibilities:

• Guide students on study abroad options
• Assess profiles and recommend suitable universities
• Maintain records and follow-ups until visa processing
• Support events and stay updated on policies

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• CRM and MS Office knowledge
