Subject: Request for Quotation # TC-TA-001

Reference: In-Kind Grant Support Annapurna Circuit Trek (Various Items and Equipment) to Tal and Pisang, Manang Village and Mustang

Dear Sir or Madam,

Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “DCOP”) on behalf of the USAID Trade and Competitiveness Activity is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to distribute various items and equipment as In-Kind Grant Support to Annapurna Circuit Trek.

The attached RFQ contains all the necessary information for interested Bidders/Vendors. 

DCOP realizes that Bidders/Vendors may have additional questions after reading this RFQ. Interested Bidders/Vendors can submit their questions to the Procurement Unit according to the instructions in the RFQ. If necessary, the DCOP will provide answers to all relevant questions received in an amendment that will be emailed directly to all interested Bidders/Vendors who registered with the Procurement Unit at info@tc-udhyamnepal.com before the deadline for questions, and to those bidders who submitted relevant questions.

This RFQ shall not obligate DCOP, in any manner whatsoever, to enter into a contract or result in any claim whatsoever against DCOP, for reimbursement of costs for any proposal efforts expended by bidders’ response to this RFQ.

Required Legal Documents:

Independent, firm or organization contractor that submit proposals in response to this RFQ must meet the following requirements:

• Copy of company/firm registration
• Copy of the VAT registration certificate
• Copy of latest tax clearance certificate
• Complete Cover Letter as per the template provided in Enclosure 1 of this RFQ.

Blacklisting: Bidders should not be blacklisted, nor suspended, nor debarred, nor otherwise    identified as ineligible by USAID, Government of Nepal and other international agencies.

Conflict of Interest (COI): No COI should exist at the time of application or during the execution of the ensuing contract.

Written Questions and Clarifications 

All questions or clarifications regarding this RFQ must be in writing and submitted to the Procurement Unit at info@tc-udhyamnepal.com no later than no later than 5 pm Nepal time on January 1st, 2024. Questions and requests for clarification, and the responses thereto, will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have indicated an interest in this RFQ. 

Only written answers from Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects, LLC will be considered official and carry weight in the RFQ process and subsequent evaluation. Any answers received outside the official channel, whether received verbally or in writing, from employees or representatives, or any other party, will not be considered official responses regarding this RFQ, and may result in automatic disqualification.
