RFP for consulting firm for Assessing the cost-benefit and adaptation potential of RAIN’s NbS, alongside delivery of LLA training in Lumbini
DCA hereby invites candidates to submit proposal for Assessing the adaptation potential of RAIN’s nature based solutions in Madhesh and Lumbini through a cost benefit analysis, alongside designing and delivering Locally Led Adaptation training for local government representatives in Lumbini as specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
The overall objective of the assignment is to assess the effective adaptation potential of the proposed Nature-based Solutions (NbS) interventions in Madhesh and Lumbini provinces through cost and benefit analysis, and additional design and delivery of Locally Led Adaptation (LLA) training customised for local government stakeholders and CBOs representatives.
The submission deadline: 21 January 2026.
