LI-BIRD is committed to capitalizing on local resources, innovations and institutions for the sustainable management of natural resources and building resilience to climate change for improving the livelihoods of target beneficiaries that includes smallholder farmers particularly women in Nepal.

LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Easing and de-risking transition to climate resilient food production for enhanced self-reliance in humanitarian contexts [Novo Derisking Agroecology Project]” funded by the Novo-nordisk foundation and managed by DanChurchAid (DCA Nepal) in Barbardiya Municipality of Bardiya district.

The project is planning to procure Audio Emergency Warning and Notification System-SIREN. LI-BIRD invites sealed quotations from eligible vendors for the supply and installation of Audio Emergency Warning and Notification System-SIREN. The interested vendor need to fill up the Request for Sealed Quotation Form which can be downloaded from the link below:

The interested vendors are requested to thoroughly read the Request for Sealed Quotation Form and fill in the required information. Submit the duly filled and signed Request for Sealed Quotation Form along with the following documents:

• Company Registration Certificate
• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
• Detail Specification of the SIREN and Central Monitoring Control Software.

Interested vendors are requested to submit the sealed quotation by 2 September 2025, 5.00 pm by courier or hand delivery to the either of the following two address below:

The sealed quotation received after the deadline will not be entertained and considered for further evaluation. LI-BIRD reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
