One Heart Worldwide (OHW) invites sealed quotations from eligible companies/ firms to supply of Earthquake Response Kits for the Rukum West and Jajarkot earthquake response project.

Details of Response Kits:

Additional documents to be submitted:

1. Copy of the organization registration certificate,
2. Copy of the VAT registration certificate,
3. Copy of the 2079/80 Tax clearance certificate

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Quotations should include 13% VAT.
2. Partial or complete supply quotations are acceptable.
3. The signed and stamped hardcopy of the quotation must be received at the OHW Nepal, Lalitpur during office hours by 05:00 PM, December 11, 2023.
4. OHW may give priority to the bidder/supplier with readily available stock for delivery or can deliver the items at the earliest.
5. Sealed bids lacking complete supporting documents will not be considered in the bid evaluation process.
6. OHW reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or partially approve the received quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
