World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is a child focused relief, development and advocacy organization that has been working for transforming the lives of vulnerable people and disaster-affected communities since 2001. WVI Nepal has been implementing multi-sectoral programs partnering with local communities, civil societies, government and the private sectors with primary focus on the causes of vulnerability. Currently, WVI Nepal has long-term development programmes in Udayapur, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Rautahat, Sindhuli, Kathmandu, Lamjung, Lalitpur, Jumla, Kailali, Achham, Doti, Bajhang, Kanchanpur, Dailekh, and Jajarkot across six out of seven (except Lumbini) provinces of Nepal. It has technical Programme namely Integrated Programme Approach (IPF) and Sponsorship Operation (SOP). Besides, WVI Nepal is implementing almost a dozen of short-term projects to support the communities tackling the causes of vulnerabilities.

Details/Requirements:

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal), East Field Office Bardibas, 01, Mahotari, intends to procure wellness support materials (Umbrella, Water bottle and Rechargeable hand fan) immediately also intend to establish long term agreement with the awarded bidder, in accordance with given specification. Accordingly, we invite quotations from interested and authorized suppliers. The detailed item specifications, along with the terms and conditions for the bidding process, are outlined in RFQ document. (Refer RFQ document for detailed quantity and specifications)

Instructions to bidders:

• Clearly specify the lead time required for delivery of each item, calculated from the date of receipt of Purchase Order (PO)
• Quantity mentioned in RFQ can be increased after agreement so, requested to bid accordingly.
• All quotations must be submitted no later than 12th June 2026, 12:00 PM.
• The physical sample shall be marked clearly/tagged or sample catalogue with RFQ document submitted to WVI Nepal East Field Office Bardibas, 01, Mahotari.
• Inability to submit all samples or sample catalogue of all items will lead to disqualification.

Submission Instruction:

If you have already registered before, you can submit company registration certificate, VAT/PAN certificate, and copy of latest tax payment certificate along with RFQ document. Suppliers who are not on the pre-qualified supplier list of any WVIN entity or who are participating for the first time in WVIN’s bidding process shall submit the document below details.

1. A certified copy of a certificate of business registration
2. Certificate of incorporation, business license or similar document
3. A certified copy of tax registration, latest tax clearance certificates or similar documents.
4. Sign Conflict of Interest disclosure showing any relationship with WV staff.
5. Sign Supplier Code of Conduct (attached as annex-2)
6. Supplier registration form (attached as annex-3)
