Building upon proven and new partnerships and expertise, CRS works with local partners and government to create long-term resilience for a brighter future for all.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Nepal, is initiating the establishment of long-term Agreements (LTA) for the procurement of the following services:

1. Legal Service
2. Security Service

Interested and eligible bidders may download the RFQ & Scope of Work (SOW) documents from the following link starting 09 January 2026.

2. Request for Quotation-Security Service

The submitted quotation must include the following documents:

• Company profile
• Copy of valid Firm Registration and renewal
• Copy of PAN/VAT registration
• Copy of latest Tax Clearance Certificate (2081/82)
• Relevant Past Experience list

Interested and eligible service provider firms are requested to submit their duly signed quotation along with the required documents to np_procurement@crs.org by January 18, 2026.
