CARE has been operational in Nepal since 1978 and works in partnerships with government and non-government stakeholders across the spectrum of humanitarian action and long-term development programs. 

CARE Nepal has been implementing UDAAN accelerated learning program (UDAAN-IV), a 13 month’s initiative that aims to empower out-of-school girls belonging to marginalized families by increasing access to education for better life opportunities. In this regard, CARE Nepal has planned to distribute mobile phones to the UDAAN girls to help support in virtual learning and off-hour consultations with teachers and peers. This idea will help the UDAAN girls to learn from distance through telephonic conversation with peers and the teachers while they struggle in any subject and or topics. 

This RFQ is requested for procurement of Smart Phone from eligible suppliers as follows:

Interested and eligible suppliers are requested to submit following via email to npl.carenepal@care.org 

• Quotation with stamp and signature (Quotation Format – LINK)
• Mention price validity.
• Mention delivery period and warranty with full specification of quoted smartphone.
• Smart Phone to be delivered to Lalitpur.
• Copy of Organization Registration, VAT Registration, Latest Tax Clearance certificate and company profile if any

The deadline for submission of the Quotation is 7th February 2023.

CARE reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal received without giving reasons and is not bound to accept the lowest, the highest or any bidder. Only the successful applicant will be contacted.
