REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Helen Keller Intl, an Intl non-profit organization (INGO) works to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combating the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health, and malnutrition through public health approaches, building the capacity of organizations, and contributing to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research. 

Minimum Requirements – RFP for Consultants. Five consultants with the following geographic coverage and responsibilities:

• Rolpa, Pyuthan, and Rukum East - 1 position
• Banke and Bardiya - 1 position
• Gulmi, Palpa, and Arghakhanchi – 2 positions
• Provincial coordination and MMS logistics, including additional support to Dang and Pyuthan when required – 1 position

Eligibility/ Criteria

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, nutrition, health sciences, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in public health or nutrition programs.
• Experience in field-level program implementation, government coordination, training logistics, and documentation.
• Experience in maternal nutrition, ANC, community health, or MMS/IFA programming will be an advantage.
• For the provincial coordination and logistics consultant, experience in health commodity distribution and stock tracking is desirable.

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant local experience in Lumbini Province or their assigned districts. Detailed Scope of work attached below
