In close partnership with the Government of Nepal (GoN), civil society, academia, and the private sector, FHI 360 Nepal delivers integrated programs across critical sectors including essential health services, global health security, procurement and supply chain management and air quality management.

FHI 360 Nepal Office is requesting quotations from qualified locally registered agencies to supply equipment as listed below:

Detailed specifications of the above-mentioned items, template to quote rate and other requirements for quotation submission can be obtained via email request to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org

Electronic quotation including all required documents should be submitted through email to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org following FHI 360 Nepal’s instructions for electronic quotation submission.

The deadline for submission of the quotation is January 15, 2026. Quotations received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive.

FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
