The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is supporting the 6th Asian Population Conference (APC) from 27th to 30th November 2024 at the Soaltee Crowne Plaza in Kathmandu, Nepal organized by The Asian Population Association (APA). This event will bring together approximately 600 participants, including scholars, researchers, and experts in population studies from Asia and around the world, with migration as one of the key themes.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), a related organization of the United Nations, Kathmandu, seeks a professional event management company to provide end-to-end logistical and technical support to ensure a successful and seamless event. The company will support to plan, coordinate, and execute various operational aspects of the Asian Population Conference, focusing on audiovisual management, branding, registration support, and real-time session management across multiple rooms.

RFQ should be submitted no later than Friday, November 15, 2024, by 5 pm via email to iomnepalprocurement@iom.int with RFQ24-084/Name of Firm in the subject line.

Documents to be submitted:

• Complete RFQ Form
• Technical Proposal detailing the company profile, past experiences, qualification and experience of team members.
• Financial proposal.
• Copy of company registration certificate.
• Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate.
• Tax clearance certificate for Fiscal Year 2080/81 
• Other Documents mentioned in the TOR.
