World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is a Christian relief, development, and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. WVI Nepal, West Field Office, Dhangadhi, is planning to procure below mentioned goods and service and is planning to establish a term of 1-year Long Term Agreement; so, invites quotations from interested registered suppliers for the same. Terms and conditions for ‘Service and delivery:

1. Quotation must be submitted by 8/11/2024 by 17:00.
2. Quotations received after the specified date and time of the invitation, will not be considered.
3. Quoted rate must be along with the VAT and other necessary Taxes (if applicable) to be written in remarks or designated place in Annex-1
4. Payment is to be made within 30 days after receiving GWS and undisputable invoice.
5. WVI Nepal shall be under no obligation to accept the lowest or any other offer received in response to this RFQ notice and shall be entitled to reject any or all offers including those received late or incomplete offers and also to cancel the entire process, without assigning any reason whatsoever WVI Nepal reserves the right to make any change in the terms and conditions of the offer. WVI Nepal will not be obliged to meet and have discussions with any Service Provider, and/or to listen to any representations.
6. Payment will be made online by bank transfer to your company name. And TDS will be deducted at your source as per Government rules.
7. The sealed quotation must be submitted at the World Vision International West Field Office Dhangadhi.
8. This quotation must be valid at least for one year.
9. Attach Copy of Firm Registration, Copy of VAT Registration Certificate, Copy of latest Tax Clearance Certificate (FY 79/80)
