Dalit Help Society (DHS) was founded by a group of energetic and proactive Dalit youths from former Lekgaun VDC ward no.7 on B.S. 2063/9/16. Initially focused on social interventions such as cultural programs, sanitation activities, and Dalit community welfare, particularly in ward no. 7, the organization lacked a clear vision in social development due to their inexperience. Starting in a small room in Lekgaun VDC, they gradually expanded their scope after partnering with organizations like WVIN. Now, DHS has evolved into a reputable organization managing six projects on various issues like peace-building and food security, guided by a clear vision, mission, goal, and objectives outlined in its VMGO. In addition to WVIN, UMN, DHS collaborates with partners such as UN WOMEN, DEO, MSFP, DDC/LGCDP, and RVWRMP. With well-established offices in the district headquarters and Chhabispathivera Rural Municipality-6 Lekgoun, Bajhang, DHS continues to make significant contributions to its community.

Procurement of Vetiver Slips for Plantation/Afforestation

Dalit Help Society (DHS) invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of vetiver slips for plantation and afforestation activities. The vetiver slips are required for various environmental conservation projects aimed at promoting soil stability and sustainable agriculture in the region. The project will be implemented in Kedarsyun Rural Municipality, Bajhang District.

Bidder Qualification Requirements:

1. Company Registration: Valid firm/company registration certificate.
2. PAN/VAT Certificate: Must possess a valid PAN/VAT certificate.
3. Tax Clearance: Tax clearance letter for the fiscal year 2079/080.
