REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
DAI, implementer of the USAID’s Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project, invites qualified bidders to submit quotations to supply and deliver Emergency Resources/KIT, as follows:

| 6. Deadline for Submission of Questions | All questions regarding this RFQ should be made via email to tayarprocurement@dai.com by Tuesday, April 2, 2024, 5:00 p.m., Nepal time. Please mention “Questions for RFQ No. RFQ-TAYAR-KMD-24-0013” on subject line of the email. Note: Responses will be shared via email by Wednesday, April 3, 2024, 5:00 p.m., Nepal time. |
| 7. Deadline for Submission of Quotes | Quotation must be submitted electronically (via email) to tayarprocurementinbox@dai.com by Monday, April 8, 2024, 5:00 p.m., Nepal time. Please mention “Quotation for RFQ No. RFQ-TAYAR-KMD-24-0013” on subject line of the email. |

| 9. Anticipated Award Type | Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order Issuance of this RFQ in no way obligates DAI to award a subcontract or purchase order and Bidders will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their quote. |
| 10. Basis for Award | An award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the RFQ and is most advantageous to DAI, considering price or/and other factors included in the RFQ. No discussions or negotiations are permitted with bidders, and therefore bidders shall submit their best and final price. |
