 Request for Quotation for Hoarding Board Placement 

Introduction 

Green Tara Nepal (GTN) calls “Request for Quotation” (RFQ) for Placement of Hoarding Board/ Highway Board on legality of safe abortion. This call is eligible for all the venders registered in Nepal.

Key tasks:

• Coordination with R/municipality and obtain approval for posting hoarding board. 
• Print flex/skin to place in Hoarding board/ Highway Boards
• Install the skins/ Flex print in the boards in 9 places (Kathmandu, Kavre, Sindhuli, Chitwand and Makwanpur).
• Maintenance and repairing of the boards if damaged.
  
• Maintain the boards safe until contracted period.

Deliverables:

• Posted picture of 9 hoarding boards or highway boards in 5 districts. 
• A copy of approved letter from each Rural municipality for placement of the hoarding board.
• Summary notes with description of location, date and venue.

Required documents

• Quotation detailing the cost, location, type of board, size (Ft)/ and duration
• Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) or Value Added Tax (VAT) 
• Copy of Company Register (Certificate) with renewal  
• Company profile 
• Tax Clearance
