SAHAMATI(An Institution Dedicated For Community Plus Humane Development) SAHAMATI is a non-governmental, non-political, non-profit making, member-based social development organization established in 2001/11/12 (kartik 27, 2058) by a group of professionals and development workers with long experience in community development. This organization has been registered as an NGO under the organization registration act of Nepal. Global problems like climate change, poverty, social discrimination and migration influence Nepal's development process, demanding diversified answers. Underprivileged groups are often excluded while designing development program, unfortunate for them. SAHAMATI aims to make a change by addressing the huge challenges of the 21st century with a community-centered approach, focusing on social justice and social transformation, human rights development and self-help promotion. SAHAMATI has built a large network composed of diverse social groups, national and international organizations and like-minded institutions and have been launching various kinds of community-centered programs on collaboration. A range of internal programs have been developed and implemented independently through SAHAMATI under Theme 2 (Learning and Innovation) are coordinated through our own resources. Request for Quotation -Accounting Software

SAHAMATI is a non-governmental, social development organization, established in 2001 by a group of development professionals. SAHAMATI works in partnership with a range of local, national and international, government and non-government, private sectors and academic institutions. SAHAMATI believes Livelihood Promotion and Economic Development; Good Governance and Advocacy; and Disaster Risk Reduction and Environment Protection as three pillars of development and works in these areas with innovative and community led development models.
Purpose
We are currently seeking for a new accounting software package from a local/national vendor with capacity to support the organization’s accounting systems.
The Accounting Package Expectation:
- Provide an Online and offline Version of the Accounting package.
- System should be able to be customized.
- Set up the accounting package in line with presented reporting requirements
- Set up the link for easy accessibility by all authorized staff.
- Secure the system against any form of hacking etc.
- Train the staff on how to Navigate and use the system independently
Geographical and Organization Scope:
The scope of this project is limited to the implementation of accounting software at:
- Head Office
- Field Office
Documents to be submitted by Company/ Firm:
The application shall contain the following documents:
- Price quotation as per package/user (multi and single) and specification (Annex 1).
- A package with detailed specifications shall be included.
- Company profile and last year audit report.
- Financial and technical proposal.
- A copy of the company/firm registration
- A copy of Tax clearance certificate (latest)
- VAT and PAN registration
- Experience certificate related with above mentioned project (if any)
Applicants are required to submit a letter of interest and the above-mentioned supporting documents online to procurement@sahamati.org during office hours on or before 18th Aug 2024; 5: 00 PM (Nepal Standard Time) with Subject Line: “Quotation for Account Software”. The completed documents mentioned above can also be submitted in a sealed envelope to SAHAMATI Head Office in Gaindakot Municipality-5, Nawalparasi East, Gandaki.
In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the will be the same as stipulated. Only short-listed firm will be contacted for the further process.
