The Community Development Society (CDS), was established in 2058 BS (2001 AD) as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). It was established by active, committed and energetic youths in the field of community development and empowerment with the existing social and economic inequalities in the society with the aim of "self-reliant, healthy and equitable society". CDS has been working with the focus on youth employment & entrepreneurship promotion, Child protection and child rights, Health and sanitation, community infrastructure, and environmental sustainability approach.

PURCHASE QUOTATION

Funded by Childaid Network Foundation and BMZ, Community Development Society (CDS) has been implementing ‘Vocational and agricultural training to promote Employment and entrepreneurship) Project since 2022. Community Development Society invites quotations from reputed Agrovets/veterinaries suppliers for the procurements of master farmers agriculture tool and equipment's supports in Ramechhap Districts. Interested Agrovets/veterinaries are requested to submit their sealed quotation to the office within the specified timeframe.

Selection Criteria:

1. Bidder may submit their quotation for agriculture tool, equipment's agrovets items suppliers based on their capacity.

Required documents:

1. Quotation (sealed in the envelope)
2. VAT or PAN registration certificate (copy)
3. Copy of Firm Register (certificate).
4. Tax payment certificate for 2080/81 (copy)

Other criteria have been mentioned in the Procurement Notice

• Quotation should be submitted in the sealed envelope by the bidders for the agriculture tool and equipment's 
• Interested bidders meeting above-mentioned criteria are requested to send a sealed QUOTATION along with the required documents to Community Development Society office in Manthali no later than 15th June 2025 before 15.00 hrs. Please mention “CDS- Purchase Quotation” on the subject line.
• Note: The bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives in the CDS office at 11:00 AM on Monday 16th June 2025. If the bidder's representatives are not present at the time of opening, there will be no obstruction to the opening of the bids.
