REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

DAI for USAID’s Tayar Nepal Project requests for quotation from interested potential vendors to provide services as mentioned below:

USAID’s Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project strengthens the capacity of Nepal’s national and municipal institutions responsible for disaster preparedness and response. The project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by DAI Global LLC (DAI). The USAID’s Tayar Nepal seeks service provider to Supply, Delivery, and   Orientation/ Instillation of   Fire   Safety   and   Rescue, IT and VHF   Equipment   to   the project’s partner Municipalities (Bhimeshwor, Dullu, Godawari, Lamkichuha, Neelakantha, Rajapur, Tulsipur, Birendranagar).

Interested bidders may obtain complete solicitation (RFQ) documents by emailing and request to TayarProcurement@dai.com and include the RFQ reference in the subject line on or before April 5, 2024, 5:00 PM, Nepal time. The quotation should be submitted by email to TayarProcurementINBOX@dai.com,  labeled  with RFQ ref #, on or before April 10, 2024, 5:00 pm, Nepal time.
